Terms of Service — Today
Effective Date: February 14, 2026

1. Agreement
By using the Today mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Access & Billing
Today requires a one-time purchase for early access. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not process payments or issue refunds.

4. Maintenance & Support
Wholistic Network LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.

5. Life Architecture Disclaimer
Today is a personal organization tool. Content (including glossary, index, and FAQ materials) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a medical, mental health, or religious provider. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Visual geographic elements are representational only and do not reflect real-time tracking.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholistic Network LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the App.

8. Legal Compliance
You agree not to use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, terminology, and frameworks associated with Today are the exclusive intellectual property of Wholistic Network LLC.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
