Wholistic Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Today mobile application.

Local-First Design
Today is designed as a private, local-first experience. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any personal data. This includes names, email addresses, planner entries, or usage activity.

Local Storage Only
All content you create is stored solely on your device. We cannot view, access, or retrieve it.

No Location Tracking
Today does not access or monitor your device’s GPS location. The globe feature is a visual interface only.

Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment information. Apple’s privacy policy governs transaction data.

Data Retention
We do not retain user data. All information remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app.

User Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, we cannot access, modify, or delete user data. You maintain full control of your information on your device.

Children’s Privacy
Today does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security
Your information is protected by your device’s operating system security and sandbox protections.

Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.
