1. Agreement: By using Today, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Access & Billing: Today requires a one-time purchase of $10.00 for early access. All transactions and refunds are managed exclusively by the Apple App Store.

3. Life Architecture Disclaimer: Today is a tool for personal organization and "life architecture." It is provided "as-is" for informational purposes. Wholistic Network LLC is not a medical, mental health, or religious provider. Any results depend on your own effort and commitment; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholistic Network LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app.

5. Ownership: All content, designs, and the "Today" brand are the intellectual property of Wholistic Network LLC.
